Although I’ve only been here since November 2017, the office staff and the maintenance men have been great! Work requests have been completed promptly and professionally! I would definitely recommend Meadowbrook Apartments!

It is a nice, clean and quite environment. I enjoy the amenities, including the pool, the gym and the washer and dryer in my apartment. It’s conveniently close to all the major stores.

Most places are close to or not far from home. The improvements to the apartments, grounds, playground, pool, etc..The best thing I like is the conveniences to Pennypark Trail.

The staff here is courteous. The location is ideal for my work. The price is reasonable. Furthermore, it seems like they listen to concerns and are continuously working towards improvement.

It has been a good experience for me. I’ve made friends here. I thoroughly enjoy the pool in the summer and the clubhouse all year long. In the springtime with the trees and flowers in bloom, it is delightful to walk through the community. I have been happy here.

Love the dog park! Can’t wait until summer for the pool opening! Can’t wait to see the New clubhouse, New Gym, New Business Center! Love the Breakfast on Saturdays!
