It was the best choice I made when looking for an apartment to live in. The maintenance is excellent and the leasing office staff is fantastic. I like the other amenities that are also offered here.

we came from a single home where we had to do maintenance on the house, mow the lawn, water the lawn and of course pay the water bills. Living here, we do not have a lawn, and our bills are much lower. the exterior of the apartment complex is kept very nice.

I like the bath and a half. The move in process was easier than other apartments that i looked at. The fact that they allowed pets was essential in our decision making.

The Apt maintains the premise (common laundry area, hallway, gym, swimming pool etc) well. The monthly programs to build up community is also highly commendable. The staff members are very courteous and professional.

The staff were so helpful and kind. I was going through a big change in my life and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was given a tour and walkthrough of the grounds and my apartment. All issues that were found were addressed by maintenance within 2 hours.

Its location is convenient next to Route 611 which provides close and easy access to many different stores. It’s also an easy trip into Doylestown for work. The management has been great and friendly. They seem to really keep up with the community and residents and I appreciate that a lot. I’ve lived in complexes before where the management was inattentive and let the place fall apart, which lead to me eventually leaving. I very much like the design of the apartment itself and I find it to be perfectly spacious for me and my roommate. I’m glad to be living here.

I only moved in a few days ago, but everyone that lives here has been nothing but friendly. The staff is friendly and the overall environment is great. Everyone who lives here saw my boyfriend and I moving in and even offered to help us! It is rare to find such a friendly community!

They have great service, quiet beautiful everything you would look for in a home. If you were to move here you wouldn’t regret your choice a lot of amenities are here and they have great community parties they do every month.

Me and my family feel safe. Best place to rent with best schools connectivity. Staffs is approachable and responsive. We moved from Texas last year and we made a good choice in moving to this community.
